House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Final homeowner approval and electronically signed terms and conditions are required to confirm a reservation. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late checkout requires text-message authorization from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Skiing and hiking are within walking access. Parking is limited to four cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
