# Royal Caribbean II-Four Season Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 27 guests and has eight ensuite bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, comprising nine full bathrooms and three half baths. Level 1 has two king ensuites, one with a soaking tub, and a bunk ensuite with a twin-over-double bunk, twin-over-twin bunk and trundle. It also has a recreation room with pool table and foosball, a theater room with projection screen, surround sound, reclining seats, wet bar and full-size refrigerator, garage games and laundry. Level 2 has two king ensuites, a double-bed ensuite and a bunk ensuite, plus a full bathroom and half bath. The library has a queen sleeper sofa, painted ceiling mural, marble and bamboo finishes, and a gas fireplace. A sports bar includes a pool table, game table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator and private deck. There is also laundry on this level. Level 3 has a king ensuite with standing shower, whirlpool tub and double-sided gas fireplace, plus a great room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area and half bath. A glass elevator serves all levels. Outdoor facilities include a sculpted private pool with waterfall and built-in hot tub, tropical landscaping, a poolside cabana with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, sauna, half bath and gas fireplace, and a private upper sun deck. A private elevated walkway leads to the beach through a dune-top cabana and tiki bar. A gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, volleyball and beach chairs are provided. Indoor amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, arcade games, air hockey, ping pong and stick hockey. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and washer and dryer are provided. Four Seasons community facilities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, playground, cornhole, trolley, soundside access, parking and beach access. K Club Golf and a Welcome Program are also offered. Seasonal Beach Cabana Plus service supplies two umbrellas and six beach chairs from May 25–September 12, 2026 and May 31–September 11, 2027; five beach chairs are separately included among the home's amenities. Shared indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools are also available in the Four Seasons community. Oceanfront location with a private elevated beach walkway with steps and a dune-top cabana. A glass elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Parking is limited to 10 vehicles. Beach nourishment in Duck is planned for 2027. No smoking. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended; children must not play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or use the elevator if its locking system is faulty, it makes unusual sounds or its ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027.
