# Royal Bahamian Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 26 guests and has eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom, including six ensuite bedrooms. The sleeping inventory comprises five king beds, two double beds, two twin-over-twin bunk sets, two double-bottom/twin-top duo bunk sets and a queen sleeper sofa in the second-level den. On the first level, the recreation room has a sports bar, billiard table, air hockey and shuffleboard, with a kitchenette containing a full-sized refrigerator and a laundry area. Additional games include ping pong, stick hockey and an arcade game. The second level has a private study, den and theater room with surround sound and reclining seats. The third level has open living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views, a kitchen, breakfast nook, half bathroom and an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub. An elevator serves all levels. Outdoors, the private pool has a custom-rock waterfall, hot tub and tropical landscaping. A poolside cabana contains a wet bar, mini-refrigerator and sauna. There is a third-level private sun deck, a private dune-top cabana and tiki bar, a dune deck, gas grill, outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. The private beach walkway has steps. Shops, restaurants and soundside activities in central Duck are a quick walk away. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, beach chairs, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Five beach chairs are listed. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs during May 25–September 12, 2026, and May 31–September 11, 2027. Four Seasons community amenities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, trolley, soundside access, playground, cornhole, parking and beach access. K Club Golf and a Welcome Program are also offered. A fenced-in yard, volleyball and streaming TV are additions for 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027. Extended opening is available from April 12, 2026, or April 11, 2027; extended closing is October 17, 2026, or October 16, 2027. Extending pool dates costs $475 plus tax per week. Four Seasons also has shared outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools. Oceanfront with direct beach access via a private walkway with steps. Central Duck shops, restaurants and soundside activities are a quick walk away. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027. No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.
