The property accommodates six guests across two queen bedrooms and a children's bunk room. A separate studio has an ensuite, TV, air conditioning and courtyard access. The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix, split-system heating and cooling, a fireplace and ceiling fans. A north-facing deck overlooks the treetops and provides space for outdoor meals and barbecues. There is a private courtyard, outdoor shower and internal laundry. Linen and smoke alarms are provided.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom 1 has a shower, vanity and separate toilet; the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
