Before departure, leave the house tidy, wash and put away dishes, remove rubbish, empty the fridge, wipe kitchen surfaces, clean the BBQ if used, turn off air-conditioning, lights, fans and appliances, close and lock windows and doors, and return keys as instructed. A full clean is not expected. The advertised tariff applies to up to four guests, with additional charges for additional adults and children aged 2–11; confirm the applicable occupancy terms before booking.
