House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The accommodation occupies upper floors of a four-storey townhouse, with the top terrace on the third floor. Cala Moll beach in Cala Ratjada is 10 km away. Driving along the coast is recommended for exploring other beaches.
