The living room has floor-to-ceiling terrace doors opening towards the garden, a dining table for four and an equipped open-plan kitchen. The south-facing terrace has a beach chair and is furnished approximately April to October. Both bedrooms are on the lower-ground floor, along with a shower room with WC and a separate guest WC. There are two televisions, a DVD player, radio, hi-fi system, heating and an ironing board. Bed linen, towels, starter bathroom supplies, NATURE toiletries, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.

The accommodation occupies two levels, with both bedrooms, the shower room and guest WC on the lower-ground floor. Parking is limited to one space.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not permitted. Children are welcome. Maximum occupancy is four guests.
