House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. Children under 12 are not permitted. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. A £500 deposit is charged. A gardener may request entry during your stay to water the plants. Guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Cot and highchair hire is subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Bedrooms are reached by stairs, with the third bedroom on the top floor. The home may not be suitable for guests with dog allergies, even though the dog is absent during stays and the home is thoroughly cleaned.
