Rose Bay Beach is 1 km away. Beachfront restaurants and the wharf are within strolling distance. Access to the top-floor apartment is via stairs only and may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Parking is limited to one vehicle. The rooftop terrace is shared, and noise may occur during stays.
