Events and smoking are prohibited. Pets are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 700 metres away and within walking distance. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
