House rules
No parties, events, celebrations, stag or hen nights, loud music or noise. Respect the residential neighbours. Groups of guests under 25 cannot be accommodated. Smoking is prohibited; signs of smoking incur a £100 charge, and smoking requires deep cleaning at checkout. Lost fobs cost £50 per fob. Key collection before 15:00 requires prior arrangement; unauthorised early collection or key return after 10:00 is subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. Unauthorised late checkout incurs a charge. Parcels cannot be accepted at the apartment, and responsibility is not accepted for lost or damaged deliveries; contact the operator to arrange delivery to its office instead. Maintenance access may be required during exceptionally busy periods, with 24 hours' notice except in emergencies. CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas.
Getting there
The apartment is within a residential building. Garage parking is limited to one compact vehicle within dimensions of 2.2 m high, 2.2 m wide and 4.5 m long; larger or additional vehicles need nearby pay-and-display parking. Liverpool One and The Bridewell are each a one-minute walk away, and the main central bus station is a seven-minute walk away.
