## About the house

The refurbished apartment has grey and white interiors, laminate flooring and carpeted bedrooms. Guests have exclusive access to the full apartment. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen include a dining table, Smart TV, microwave, kettle, oven and hob, toaster, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. A washer/dryer is provided, and the balcony has a bistro table and chairs.

Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed. The lounge has an additional sofa bed with a full deep-sprung mattress. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a WC and basin; the main bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin. Bed linen is provided.

The apartment is in a residential building near city-centre shops, restaurants and bars. The Bridewell pub and Liverpool One are each a one-minute walk away. St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and The Bluecoat are a short walk away, with Bold Place and Duke Street around the corner. The main central bus station is a seven-minute walk away.

Private garage parking accommodates one compact vehicle, with nearby pay-and-display car parks for larger or additional vehicles. CCTV operates outside the property and in communal areas.

No parties, events, celebrations, stag or hen nights, loud music or noise. Respect the residential neighbours. Groups of guests under 25 cannot be accommodated. Smoking is prohibited; signs of smoking incur a £100 charge, and smoking requires deep cleaning at checkout. Lost fobs cost £50 per fob. Key collection before 15:00 requires prior arrangement; unauthorised early collection or key return after 10:00 is subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. Unauthorised late checkout incurs a charge. Parcels cannot be accepted at the apartment, and responsibility is not accepted for lost or damaged deliveries; contact the operator to arrange delivery to its office instead. Maintenance access may be required during exceptionally busy periods, with 24 hours' notice except in emergencies. CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas.
