House rules
Respect the quiet residential neighbours. Stag and hen nights are not allowed. Large groups under the age of 25 are not allowed. Signs of smoking incur a £100 charge. Lost fobs incur a £50 charge per fob. Collecting keys before 15:00 is forbidden unless arranged in advance; early collection is subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. The same charge applies to returning keys after the 10:00 checkout time.
Getting there
Liverpool ONE is a two-minute walk away. Liverpool ONE Bus Station and Lime Street Station are a few minutes away. Nearby secure Q-Park parking is one minute away. The building has a lift; the operator does not accept liability for inconvenience if it is out of service. External scaffolding may restrict views and affect natural light.
