House rules
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Cleaning service is mandatory; groups larger than six require two cleaning staff members. The service is not mandatory for check-ins after 3 p.m. and check-outs before 11 a.m. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
Getting there
Renting the house does not guarantee club access. Access is an additional service subject to availability and prior payment.
