# Rooftop-Pool Studio Stay in Bondi Bondi, NSW, Australia (general area) ## About the house The apartment has polished concrete floors, minimalist interiors, an open-plan sleeping and dining layout, and a private outdoor setting with seating. Sleeping arrangements comprise a queen bed and a sofa bed, with hanging space, wooden hangers, bedside lamps, air conditioning and heating. The living area includes a three-seat sofa, coffee table and smart TV with streaming apps. The kitchen includes an induction stovetop, convection microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and silverware. The dining table seats three. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity storage. A washer and dryer are available in a communal laundry. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund.
