The studio is on the 16th floor, accessible by elevator, and accommodates up to three guests. The open-plan living and sleeping area has a queen bed, a single sofa bed, large windows with city views, and a dining table with high stools. A fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and sink complete the accommodation.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, hair dryer, towels, bedlinen and complimentary toiletries are provided. Parking is available, with garage, gated and shared parking listed, along with parking security cameras.
