The pool is unsupervised. A hut has an artificial white-sand area and a self-service fridge with cold drinks. Free parking is available in front of the house; free parking is also available in the village. The property is 400 m from the village and the first beach.
Children and animals are not accepted. Breakfast is not served in the suite; provisions for a first breakfast are provided, and fresh bread and local pastries are offered daily. Cleaning is included at the end of the stay; free mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays longer than eight days.
