This Clydehouse apartment combines antiques, modern furniture, art and books, with styling by RHB Studio Melbourne. The light-filled living area has a leather sofa, rattan armchair, 55-inch Smart TV, drinks cart with glassware, artwork and greenery. Split-system air conditioning serves the living area, and a separate study nook provides a place to work.
The compact kitchenette has a cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine, mini fridge and slimline dishwasher. The bedroom has a king bed with an Emma mattress, bedside USB-A and USB-C charging points, and a cushioned window seat. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.
A shared laundrette on Level 1 has two large washers and dryers. A laundry bag, iron and clothes rack are provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi is advertised at 50 Mbps through an Optus Ultra 5G modem. The secure building has lift access.
