Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.

The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is around a 3 km drive away.
