The house occupies two floors within a fenced property with neighbouring homes. Outdoors there is a porch for meals, a barbecue, a garden, two sun loungers and parasols.

The main-floor living and dining room has two sofas, satellite television, air conditioning and a dining table for six. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, an island, a dining table, cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and citrus squeezer. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free; towels and a hair dryer are provided.

One double bedroom with a closet is on the main floor. The lower level has another double bedroom with a closet and a single bedroom. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.
