House rules
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Alcohol and smoking are allowed. Events and film, photo or advertisement shoots require the homeowner's approval. Extra guests are accommodated with an extra floor mattress in the rooms that state this arrangement. Pets require a pet contract.
Getting there
Karjat is about 2 hours from Mumbai. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; check road and weather conditions before driving.
