The villa has a 250 m² paved garden and a private 50 m² chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 m. The outdoor area includes a shower, 10 sunbeds, a parasol and two porches. One porch overlooks the main square; the second has wooden columns and a table seating 12 beside the barbecue. An outdoor bathroom has a shower.

A large entrance hall connects the living and dining areas. The living room has air conditioning, satellite TV and a CD player. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, with a laundry area containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

All five bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available in one double bedroom. There are three indoor shower bathrooms, including one en suite, in addition to the outdoor shower bathroom.
