House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs may be allowed with prior final approval from InvitedHome; pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal, with non-refundable fees added after approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional paid cleaning. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
Getting there
The Marmot and Lower Galloping Goose ski runs are a short walk away. Dial-A-Ride is available in Mountain Village. A maximum of four cars is permitted. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption during summer; contact the team for current updates. The main-bedroom fireplace is not operational.
