House rules

Maximum occupancy is 17. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Optional shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, amounts paid are non-refundable. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

Walk to ski access onto Marmot Run, a blue run. Ski shuttle service and Dial-A-Ride into the Village are available. Parking is limited to four cars. Main-house bedrooms occupy multiple levels; the guest-house loft is accessed by ladder. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption during summer; contact the Reservation Team for current updates.
