# Rocky Road Haus Mountain Village, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house Rocky Road Haus comprises a main house with six bedrooms on multiple levels and a guest house with two bedrooms plus a ladder-accessed sleeping loft. The 5,463-square-foot home has Bavarian-inspired styling, flagstone floors, oak inlay woodwork and two-story windows overlooking the San Sophia Range. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. An in-wall oxygen system supplies two hoses in the living room and two in each bedroom. The year-round heated patio has five outdoor lounge areas, a built-in barbecue, a gas fireplace and two private hot tubs. Indoor facilities include a game room, pool table, televisions, ski storage, heating, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. A crib, high chair and children's dishes and utensils are available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, kitchen island and dining table. The main bedroom has a television, desk, balcony access and an ensuite with steam shower, standalone tub and double vanity. Another main-house queen bedroom has a gas fireplace, television and an ensuite with shower and double vanity. The bunk room has a bathroom with a shower. Ski access is a walk to Marmot Run, a blue run. Ski shuttle service and Dial-A-Ride into the Village are available. Parking is limited to four cars. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, amounts paid are non-refundable.
