House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the reservation. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the premises, indoors and outdoors. Pets and unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Firearms and weaponry are prohibited onsite. Bring your own supplies for the fire pit and barbecue, extinguish flames and coals after each use, and comply with county burn bans. Turn off lights when not in use to protect the dark sky community. Conserve water. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.
Getting there
Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is a few minutes away. Guests must remain within their dwelling's yard boundaries and must not wander around the ranch because of hunters, other properties, snakes and rough terrain. The property uses well water, and water pressure is low during extreme heat and drought.
