Maximum occupancy is four guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the premises, indoors and outdoors. Parties are not allowed. Up to two pets require prior approval; keep them leashed at all times and clean up after them. If you rent multiple units and pets enter other units, an additional fee applies to those units. Remain within your dwelling's yard boundaries. Turn off lights when not in use to protect this dark sky community. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.

Getting there

Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is a few minutes away. Stay within the yard boundaries of your dwelling; wandering around the ranch is prohibited because of hunters, other properties, snakes and rough terrain. The property has no fencing.
