House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain present for the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, indoors and outdoors. Parties are not allowed. Up to two pets require prior approval; clean up after them and keep them leashed at all times. If multiple units are rented, an additional fee applies to other units that the pets enter. Stay within the cabin's yard boundaries. Turn off lights when not in use to protect the dark-sky community. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available under the sink.
Getting there
Guests must remain within their dwelling's yard boundaries and must not wander around the ranch because of hunters, other properties, snakes and rough terrain. The property is not fenced. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is a few minutes away, and downtown Fredericksburg is a short drive away.
