Maximum occupancy is two guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the premises, indoors and outdoors. Pets and parties are not allowed. Stay within the dwelling's yard boundaries; do not wander around the ranch. Turn off lights when not in use to protect the dark-sky community. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.

Getting there

Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is a short walk away. Guests must remain within their dwelling's yard boundaries and may not wander around the ranch because of hunters, other properties, snakes and rough terrain. The property is not fenced.
