# Robeson Retreat Sag Harbor, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house Robeson Retreat accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms plus an additional private sleeping area in the lower-level recreation room. Three bedrooms are on the main floor and one is on the lower level. The main bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom; the three full bathrooms have showers, with two on the main floor and one downstairs. The home is approximately 3,000 square feet. The open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area share a bright interior. The living room has two couches, a Smart TV and a gas fireplace. The dining table seats six and can also be used for working. The renovated kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A lower-level lounge has a large sectional, and entertainment includes a Sonos speaker system and ping pong table. Outside are a renovated uncovered deck with a table and chairs, a hammock, a large fenced grass backyard, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. Four beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella are provided. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. There is no pool, hot tub or crib. The home is child-friendly but is not handicap accessible. Sag Harbor Village is less than a mile away on foot. Tides Beach and Haven's Beach are each 0.5 miles away, Long Beach is 3 miles away and Sagg Main is 6.5 miles away. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Maximum occupancy is eight. Additional guests require express approval; a fee of $100.00 per person per night may be required. Events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $65.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancelled dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, the original dates may still be used if scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
