The recently renovated apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. An entrance corridor with a closet leads to an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and moka pot.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet. The bathroom has a large shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The apartment is in the old town's limited traffic zone. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access, in a ZTL limited traffic zone. Leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. The beach is a few steps away. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
