The recently renovated apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. A short entrance corridor leads to an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer. The living area opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. There are other accommodations in the building.
Santa Margherita Ligure is on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality lies within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.
