## About the house

The recently renovated apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. A short entrance corridor leads to an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer. The living area opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. There are other accommodations in the building.

Santa Margherita Ligure is on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality lies within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The beach is a few steps away. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access, in a ZTL limited-traffic zone. Leave your car in one of the nearby parking areas and explore the old town on foot. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
