The apartment has modern furnishings and an entrance corridor with a storage closet leading to an open-plan living area. This space contains a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine. Kitchen equipment also includes a microwave and moka coffee maker.
An internal staircase leads to the upper-level terrace, furnished with deck chairs, a dining table and a parasol, with views over the town's rooftops, surrounding hills and sea. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a closet; one has an ensuite shower bathroom. A second bathroom also has a shower. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator and contains other accommodations.
Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante near the Portofino promontory and Tigullio Gulf. The railway station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.
