## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Other accommodations are also located in the building.

The living area has a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

Both bedrooms have closets. One has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower; the other has two single beds, one of which pulls out. A second bathroom also has a shower.

Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory, east of Genoa. Part of the municipality lies within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The train station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking areas and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.

The beach is a few steps away. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car. Other accommodations are located in the building.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations.
