## About the house

The renovated apartment accommodates seven guests in four bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, one with a single bed, and one with two single beds, including a pull-out bed. One queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower; two additional bathrooms also have showers.

The living area has a sofa, TV and dining table. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and moka pot. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.

The living room and one queen bedroom open onto a large garden with a dining table and relaxation areas. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

Santa Margherita Ligure is on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, by the Tigullio Gulf and Portofino promontory. The train station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Guests are advised to leave their car in nearby parking facilities and explore the old town on foot. The beach is a few steps away. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
