The recently renovated apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.
Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality belongs to the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The beach is a few steps away, Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.
The apartment is within a limited traffic zone (ZTL); guests are advised to leave their car in nearby parking facilities and explore the old town on foot. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
