The apartment occupies the third floor of a building with an elevator and other accommodations. An entrance corridor with a storage closet leads to an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and moka pot.
Both bedrooms have closets. The first has a queen-size bed, and the second has two single beds, one of which pulls out. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are provided.
The apartment is in the old town's limited traffic zone. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.
