The recently renovated apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. An entrance corridor with a storage room leads to an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, moka pot and espresso machine. The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet and its own balcony. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

Santa Margherita Ligure is on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, within the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality lies within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The train station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone; using nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended.

Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
