## About the house

The recently renovated apartment occupies the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. A corridor leads to a living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a counter with stools, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, fridge and freezer. A laundry area includes a washing machine; an iron and hairdryer are also available.

A lift leads to the upper-floor annex, which has a double sofa bed, TV and bathroom with shower. It opens onto a two-level terrace with a dining table and relaxation areas overlooking the town rooftops and sea. Another terrace, reached from the living room, has a dining table and deck chairs and connects to the upper terrace by a spiral staircase.

There are three bedrooms: two each have a queen-size bed and one has a single bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. In addition to the annex bathroom, there is a separate toilet in the entrance hall. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in the Tigullio Gulf near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality belongs to the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. The train station is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment is a few steps from the beach and is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leave the car in nearby parking and explore the old town on foot. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access; an internal lift reaches the upper annex, and a spiral staircase connects the terraces. The train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Regular arrival ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
