## About the house

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and other accommodations. An entrance corridor with a closet leads to an open-plan living area with a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and moka coffee maker. The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

Both bedrooms have closets. One has a queen-size bed; the other has two single beds, one of which pulls out. There is also a storage room, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer, iron, washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided.

The apartment is in the old town's limited traffic zone. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.

The apartment is a few steps from the beach and is on the second floor with elevator access. It is within a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in a nearby parking area and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away; Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car. Other accommodations occupy the building.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
