The house

The renovated apartment is in a building with an elevator. The living area has a closet, double sofa bed, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and moka pot.

All three bedrooms have closets. The first bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second has a queen-size bed. The third has two single beds, one of which pulls out. A storage room and a second bathroom with a shower complete the layout. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The apartment is in the old town's limited traffic zone. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 45 minutes away by car.
