The open-plan living area has an L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted TV and indoor greenery. The private balcony offers elevated views across Newstead, an outdoor lounge, a BBQ and alfresco dining. Cafés, restaurants, boutique shops and breweries are a short walk away.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and pour-over coffee setup. A breakfast bar and dining table provide indoor dining options.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and built-in storage. The primary bedroom has a private TV and an ensuite; the second bedroom has direct balcony access. The two bathrooms include complimentary toiletries, fresh towels and a hairdryer.
