The house

The 1,455-square-foot condo has wooden interior details, a living area with couches and a stone fireplace, and a separate gas fireplace in the main bedroom. Both en suite showers have benches. Heating, ceiling fans and hot water are provided.

A private patio offers mountain views, while the balcony has an outdoor dining area with mountain and valley views. There is an electric grill and a private hot tub. Parking accommodates two cars, and a heated garage is available.

The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. The home also has Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, television with cable or satellite service, books and board games. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and hangers are supplied. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub.

Children are welcome, with children's books, toys, children's dinnerware and a playground or play area among the amenities. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. A private entrance and self check-in are available.

The home is in town beside the river. Lake Dillon Theatre Company is across Blue River. Downtown Dillon is a two-and-a-half-mile drive away, and Marina Park is two miles away. A local team lives and works in Silverthorne and is available during the stay.
