A private patio offers mountain views, while the balcony has an outdoor dining area with mountain and valley views. There is an electric grill and a private hot tub. Parking accommodates two cars, and a heated garage is available.

The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. The home also has Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, television with cable or satellite service, books and board games.
