No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Parties or events may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Book the tennis court and BBQ area through the guest team via Airbnb. Return the provided tennis rackets and balls to the apartment; missing items incur replacement charges.
