The second bedroom has a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with river views. The second bathroom has a shower over a bath, and both bathrooms provide hotel-style toiletries. The in-unit laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and basin.

The kitchen has an island bench, induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cookware. An adjoining dining table seats four. The open-plan living area has a 55-inch Smart TV, sound bar and lounge, opening onto a large private balcony with outdoor dining, a swing chair and city and river views. A dedicated workstation has Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to a shared heated swimming pool with adjoining spa, gym, steam room, outdoor BBQ area and full-sized tennis court. These facilities are managed by the building; availability and maintenance schedules are not guaranteed. The tennis court and BBQ area require booking through the guest team via Airbnb. Tennis rackets and balls are provided in the apartment and must be returned after use.

Dedicated secure parking accommodates one vehicle, with secure visitor parking available for up to four hours. The apartment is within walking distance of the CBD, Howard Smith Wharves, James Street dining, shopping and entertainment.
