House rules

Maximum occupancy is 22 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Daily housekeeping is required. Special events are subject to an event usage fee based on the size and scale of the production. For reservations exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Additional cleaning and payment arrangements apply to stays exceeding 30 nights. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in returns the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
