# Riverbend House Aspen, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house The estate occupies approximately 6½ acres alongside the Roaring Fork River, close to downtown Aspen, with more than 15,000 square feet of living space and views toward Independence Pass. The great room has high ceilings and a sliding glass wall connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, alongside a separate dining room. Many bedrooms open onto decks with mountain views. There are 10 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms. The chef's kitchen includes a sitting area, fireplace and dining space, and there is a separate commercial kitchen. Appliances and equipment include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics and dishes. Other indoor spaces include an office with a private bathroom, den, media and theater rooms, a vinyl listening room, fitness area and game room with ping-pong and pool tables. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, two hot tubs, fire pits, a pond and a patio surrounded by aspen trees. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens and towels are provided. The home also has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
