Things to know
Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Loud parties and events that create noise are highly discouraged. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Five bedrooms are upstairs, and the included apartment and laundry are in the basement. Parking is limited to six cars in the circular driveway; no street parking is available.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at avantstay.com.
